There are many people who believe the urban myth that eating one meal a day will increase your nutrient absorption rate which makes you grow fatter but, that definitely doesn’t happen. There’s no reason why you should be gaining weight despite reducing your food intake by so much. By the way, a sumo wrestler eats 5 meals a day. If eating more reduces your absorption rate, there’s probably no way those guys would be big. You only grow fat because you eat whenever you can. That’s common sense.
