As far as inner thighs go, you gotta train your dorsal muscle while being aware of your abductor muscles. 
The cause of lumbar pain is muscular balance collapse. Try it out.

Be aware of your adductor muscle

G: This will help you train your triceps too, so this is efficient
G: You'll feel the effects faster than regular workouts

G: You don't normally use your back muscles

G: Using your inner thighs, while being aware of the adductor muscles that you don't normally use, build your back muscles.

G: Directionally speaking, for muscles, everyone's adductor muscles are weak
G: So if you're conscious of your adductor muscles while giving consideration to this area, the pain in your back will begin to disappear
