G: This doesn't only stretch the back of your knee but it also stretches your rear here

G: Next, fold your legs like this
G: Then, this... large stiff muscle inside your rear, to loosen it, bend your body forward
G: With your elbow on the floor

G: As if you're trying to make your knee touch the floor, press on it
G: Doing this will basically make these parts flexible
G: When this area becomes flexible,
G: Next time, you'll have to take note of which areas are being pulled

G: At this point, you'll have to force yourself, if it's tightening up, sway and move your hips like this
G: Wiggle and loosen up
G: Lift your face
