Each purchase of 8,000 yen (w/ tax) and above entitles you to an original shopping bag as a gift!
※The original shopping bags are only applicable to venue sales pre-orders.
※Orders that require delivery will have their delivery charges halved if the purchase is above 6,000 yen, and waived if the purchase is above 8,000 yen.

“会場販売事前予約 (venue sales pre-order)” is a very convenient system where you will be able to collect the goods you’ve ordered on the official goods site at the live venue.
Those who ordered early will be able to collect their goods on the day of the event without needing to queue up at the sales booth.
At the same time, you need not worry about things selling out since you’ve preordered it!

We are pleased to announce the「GACKT 20th ANNIVERSARY LIVE TOUR 2020 KHAOS」 which will start from the Osaka performance on January 11, 2020.
If you wish to send your congratulations to GACKT and members, please please make arrangements at the venue in the morning of each performance day.
During the two-day performances in the same venue, all the items received on the first day will be displayed for both days.
※Please make arrangements at the venue by the time date since anything received before the event date won't be accepted due to the venue's circumstances
※Please ask the flower shop to pick up the flowers from 22:00 to 24:00 on the second day of the 2-days performances
Organizers may decide not to display anything received outside the above period.
Furthermore, please note that depending on the number of flowers received and the state of the flower arrangement, the staff may refuse to accept the delivery even if sent within the correct deadline.
※We are unable to respond to requests regarding the location, the arrangements, etc. All the decisions are in charge of the organizers.
※Please refrain from sending ornamental flowers that require a particular construction
※The deliveries by courier service will not be accepted even if it is possible to pick them up. Please note that we will refuse to receive anything that will be delivered by courier.
※It's prohibited to bring in your own ornamental flowers and decorations. Please note that even if you bring them with you, you will not be allowed to set them up. Please be sure to contact a flower shop or artificial flower shop.
※Please note that over-decorated flowers that clearly require significant space compared to other ornamental flowers may be withdrawn at the discretion of the staff.
