Dear Customers,
As for the GACKT 20 ANNIVERSARY LIVE TOUR 2020「KHAOS」 Fukuoka concert event, we would be able to pay back the ticket fee which you purchased by SKIYAKI TICKET (Pre-reservations for Overseas G&LOVERS Members) system based on your request.
Please wait for a while because we are making some arrangements about postponement and transferring of the schedule of the event taking into consideration of various circumstances. As for the issued ticket you purchased, in case of the postponed and transferred concert event the terms and conditions of the ticket would be effective including the conditions of your seat selection. Please keep your ticket safely and bring the ticket surely at the date of postponed/transferred concert event. If you are unable to participate in the postponed/transferred concert at the time of the new arrangement of the concert event being settled, we would pay back the fee of ticket.
Please be advised that the paid-back amount of ticket fee does not include system fee.
As for customers who would like the ticket fee be paid back, please make a request of pay-back on the following form during the term of pay-back.
