【What's an upgrade?】
It is a system where members, who currently have tickets for the「President Assistant Guard seats」or「President Yearning area」,
can pay the price difference between their existing tickets
and the「Student Council President Special Guard seats」or「President Assistant Guard seats」 to upgrade their seats.
This is your last chance to get good seats!!

【Eligible members】
◆Eligible members for this time are those with valid memberships, and who completed their registration (payment) by 23 May (Tue), 2017, 23:59.
◆For the GACKT PHONE, members will have to had received the shipping completion mail by 23 May (Tue), 2017, 18:00.
◆Members who made payment via postal transfer need to have done so by 15 April 2017.
※All of the above have to already have tickets forthe「President Assistant Guard seats」or「President Yearning area」.

(3) Upgrade【C】 「President Yearning area」⇒「President Assistant Guard seats」 6,360 yen (w/ tax)

★Exchange location: Please visit the「Enrolment Window・Student Guidance Division (入楽手続き窓口・楽性指導課)」near the entrance of each concert venue.
★Exchange time: On each performance day, exchanges can be made when enrolment begins
★Things to bring
(1) The tickets for the「President Assistant Guard seats」or「President Yearning area」that you currently have
(2) Upgrade Ticket
(3) G&LOVERS ID
(4) Official photo identification documents (driving license, passport, citizen identification card, student identification card, individual number card (マイナンバーカード))

※Those who wish to watch the performance in their wheelchairs need to apply again. Please check again before purchasing.
From the day the tickets arrive until one day before the performance

Tokyo: Only「Student Council President Special Guard seats」are available.

【Upgrade application period】
Application period: May 26 2017 (Fri) 15:00～May 30 2017 (Tue) 23:59
Payment deadline / upgrade ticket exchange period: June 2 2017(Fri) 15:00～June 4 2017 (Sun) 23:00
※Please note that the Upgrade Ticket will be issued at the same time as payment is made.

【Important points】
※As a member of G&LOVERS, it is possible that the name on the ticket that you already have, and the name on the upgrade ticket may be different.
Also, you cannot choose your seats for upgrade.
※When purchasing the upgrade ticket, it has to be of the same date as the「President Assistant Guard seats」or「President Yearning area」tickets that you currently have.
※You cannot change the performance date.
※You cannot join the performance with only an Upgrade Ticket.
※On the day of the performance, please bring your current ticket and the Upgrade Ticket together as a set, exchange them for a designated seat ticket at the Student Guidance Division, then enter the venue.
※There may be instances when we are unable to put your's and your companion's seats together. We thank you for your understanding.
※The exchange for the designated seat ticket is not on a first-come-first-served basis.
※As the seats will be issued only on the day of the performance at the venue, you will not be able to check them until that day itself. Please do check for it on your exchanged ticket on that day at the venue.
※Regardless of reason, cancellation or changes of any kind for the tickets cannot be done after purchase.
