It's now on YouTube GACKT OFFICIAL CHANNEL part of the PV, there is a scene where GACKT is disguised as Ryofu, the character of this game which he did the dubbing and he is a historical figure in Chinese history.

暁月夜 -DAY BREAKERS-, the song will be the final phase of the 「MOON Project」 and 15 years of history. Next summer, GACKT held the last concert of 「MOON Project」 titled 「LAST VISUALIVE」 and 「暁 月夜 -day BREAKERS-」 will be the final song of the concert.
At this time GACKT is around Japan for the play 「MOON SAGA -Yoshitsune Hiden - Chapter ll」. A teaser of GACKT's 45th new single to be released on 1 October 2014, [Akatsukizukuyo - Day Breakers-] has been released.
The song, [Akatsukizukuyo -Day Breakers-] has been selected as Square Enix's new smartphone game [3594 e -Sangokushi Eiga-], which is to be released in fall of 2014. GACKT will also be voicing the character Lu Bu in the game, and will be the image character as well. In the PV, GACKT will be dressed as Lu Bu. 
This song is the culmination of GACKT's MOON Project, which began from the time of his solo debut and has been building up through the years, and will be the ending song for the final part of the project in 2015's live [LAST VISUALIVE]. It is a painful yet fleeting rock ballad. 
Currently, GACKT is in the midst of performing in [Moon Saga -Secret of Yoshitsune- Chapter 2], and after the stage play ends, on 26 December 2014, he is scheduled to perform with the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra which created a buzz when the premium tickets costing 25,000yen were sold out last year.
