Open for a limited time between 16th and 23rd September at ”NesCafe Shinjuku” is the 『NesCafe Dolce Gusto DROP Future Cafe』. GACKT made an appearance to celebrate its opening.
GACKT, who revealed that he was bad at drinking coffee just 5 years ago, said with a smile 「I practiced drinking it everyday in France 」. As he started becoming particular about the coffee he drinks after getting used to it, when he goes overseas, he says 「my niece makes a cup of coffee for me in the mornings 」 and added 「it tastes best when I do it myself」, further expressing the firmness of his particularities.
When asked 「what if it wasn't your niece but your beloved who makes it? 」, he said 「If it were made by someone I loved I would be happy but, I can't really find someone like that. It would be nice if such a girl could appear for me 」, revealing that he was in search of a girlfriend. He said 「There are many married people who don't know how to express that partnership well, women have to control men well 」, seemingly implying that he has his particularities towards women as well.
At the event, the emotion-sensitive humanoid robot 『Pepper』 also appeared and shook hands with GACKT. He expressed an interest, saying 「It is exciting to think that in 5 to 10 years they （robots）may become a part of a family 」. GACKT shared his own ambitious vision of the future, saying 「As small island countries are still struggling, I want to try and see how much of the international market can be gained as a Japanese」, and also made shout-out 「I would also like the younger generation to jump out into the world 」.

On the 15th, singer GACKT attended the 『NesCafe Dolce Gusto DROP Future Cafe 』 opening event in Tokyo, and taught women a method to control men.
The product is a new model of the capsule-type authentic cafe system 「NesCafe Dolce Gusto」. To celebrate its unveiling, a 「Future Cafe」 operated by unmanned drones and the world's first feeling robot, Pepper, will be open for a limited period.
GACKT, who was the first customer at this cafe said 「I'm finally able to drink it after these 5 years」 about enjoying coffee to his heart's content. When I went to France, everyone looked so cool drinking it, that I practiced (drinking coffee) everyday」. Following that, he said shyly with delight 「I've become one of the adults」.
The reports then asked GACKT, 「What if someone you loved made a cup of coffee for you in the morning?」, to which he sincerely replied 「That would be bliss. It would be nice if I had such a girlfriend 」. Following that, he said 「There are many people who have gotten married but, don't you think that there aren't many people who can express that partnership well 」. Furnishing an example to his observation, he explained 「For example, if they wake up a little earlier to prepare coffee, such actions will increase the girl's points, and make the men feel like they won't be able to function without them 」. 「Because men are simple, it is important to be able to control men well. I hope that the women around the world can do things like that 」, he requested. On the 15th, singer GACKT attended the 『NesCafe Dolce Gusto DROP Future Cafe 』 opening event in Tokyo. GACKT said 「In the past, I couldn't drink coffee. I wasn't good at it 」. He then revealed, 「When I went to France, everyone looked so cool drinking it, that I practiced everyday. I'm finally able to drink it after these 5 years 」.
Since getting used to drinking coffee, he said 「I've become particular about it, it's become my way of it 」. Now, his craftsmanship has grown and instead of a cup of coffee prepared by a maid, he said「It tastes better if I do it myself 」. He also said 「I'm impressed by how deep coffee is. I've become one of the adults 」.
Also, with regards to the existence of “a girl who can make good coffee”, he said with a sigh 「It would be nice if I had a girlfriend who can. I can't really find one like that 」.
Nestle's new coffee machine 「Nestle Dolce Gusto DROP 」 goes on sale from today. In celebration of this, a “Future Cafe” will operate at NesCafe Shinjuku in Tokyo for a limited time from 16th September to 23 September. GACKT, who was the first customer at this cafe said with delight 「I like new things like this 」.
