〜Regarding congratulatory flowers
Please note the following when making your own arrangements.
Flowers sent to us will be displayed in the lobby to the extent possible due to space limitations.
If we receive many flower stands, we may not be able to display all of them.

The organizers will determine where to place the flower stands within the venue (including outside the venue grounds) in accordance with the venue use regulations and fire laws, and they will be placed in no particular order. Please note that we will not be able to accommodate requests for specific locations or order of installation.

◇Size specifications
Please make sure that the base (foot of the stand) is 40 cm x 40 cm or less and the height is 180 cm or less.
Please note that we may not be able to accept the flowers or decorations if they exceed the above sizes or if they are delivered outside of the specified time.

A gift box will be placed at the main entrance.
We will accept bouquets, but will not accept perishables (including those requiring refrigeration or freezing), homemade food and beverages, sweets, juice or other liquids that may leak, items that have already been opened, dangerous items (explosives, fireworks, knives, etc.), living creatures (animals, plants), large items that are difficult to carry, heavy items, or other items that the staff deems unacceptable. Please understand that the staff may refuse any items that they deem to be unacceptable.
