When you’ve come to make a distinction between using the strength in your abs versus in your legs, you will be able to tense up in this position.

You don’t focus on the muscles in your legs, instead, you focus on tensing up the lower, mid, and upper abs to lift your legs.

Do it 100 times with slight recoil

You don’t lift your legs using the support from your palms. Instead, your lower abs lifts your legs
