・Substitution of defective items
Please send to the following address the exclusive good you received as a benefit which seems to be defective including the ticket of the day of the event.
In case you don’t have the ticket, please specify the ticket’s applicant’s full name.
We will check your ticket and we will mail you it along with the regular exclusive good.

・Benefits delivery request
Please send the performance’s ticket to the following address
After the reception of it, we will check it and we will mail you the exclusive good.
Please note that if you don’t have the ticket we won’t be able to send you the benefit.

※Shipping costs are charged to the customer. Please note that the costs will be paid at the time of the delivery
※Applications for the substitution and benefits shipments will be accepted until August 31, 2019.
