Taking advantage of thrust in boxing

Between what we call a punch
and what we call a thrust,
understanding the fundamental difference between these two
and then practicing it is, in the end,
probably going to make you stronger

you throw a jab
and punch straight
if this is what we consider a punch
Then a thrust
If I were to thrust while moving at this same speed
