Difference between men and women for flexibility

G: You don’t put your weight towards the front. Instead, you should imagine standing on your feet
G: What’s important isn’t opening up. It’s supporting.
G: There are two types of flexibility. For women, since they don’t have physical strength, it’s possible that there won’t be any resistance when they stretch open their legs. But for men, they often have stiff muscles. So in that case, you either lose the muscles to gain flexibility or you strengthen those stiff muscles more while gaining flexibility. These are the only two ways
G: So for men, while making your muscles flexible you will gain flexibility
G: If you do the same thing as women, you wouldn’t become flexible
