[Back muscle training]
Once you’re done with stretching the back muscles, next. Flutter up and down. Start off with doing this 10 times.
After that, make your body float with the image that your arms and legs are being pulled from the front and the back.
Taking all of that as one set. Do 5 sets.
It should be as if your abs are pressing against the ground to lift you up. When you do that, you’ll properly use both your abs and your back muscles and you’ll be able to achieve a waist with a nice curve.
