1. Sit ups

G: Once you’re done with this, you have to end it with working the back muscles
G: Hold for 15 seconds each time, repeat it 5 times
G: Instead of going with the image that you’re curving your waist, stretch and loosen your tightened abs
G: With the top and bottom half of your body suspended
G: Focus your strength in your abs and lower abdomen
G: as if you’re using your stomach to press up from the ground
G: After working your back muscles, loosen your abs again
G: Alright
G: With that, one set of working on the abs and back is done.
G: Two sets a day
G: Do your best!
