The ultimate school festival entertainment festival『Camui♂Gakuen』overseen by GACKT. Numbered as the 94th, the event was named『Camui♂Gakuen de Otachina-sai』, and had 8 performances held at Aichi, Fukuoka, Osaka, and Tokyo. And yesterday, on the 25th, a Thursday, the final performance was held at the “Tokyo Branch School”.

Camui♂Gakuen (Kamui Gakuen) is an imaginary school where a Student Council President by the name of Kamui Gakuto, who looks a lot like GACKT and is the scion of the Kamui Conglomerate who loves GACKT. The event is held with the motto of “Play earnestly, learn earnestly, tackle all things with your life at stake”. During the Gakuen (School) Festival, Kamui Gakuto and GACKT’s band members and dancers, who form the F9, play games, and whoever gets selected by the Student Council president will have to endure a severe punishment game. The Light Music Club performs cover songs too.

In this time’s game corner, the Student Council President’s impressive unhesitating and ruthless battle form was displayed in “Chanbara Zero”, while Hayato Senpai’s intense ‘master painter’ abilities, that the Student Council President called “Scary”, were displayed in “Gahaku Zero (Master Painter Zero)”. Baru Senpai, who was criticised for having “far too little presence”, was the victim of the punishment game.

Then, we jumped straight into the main part of the performance, the live by the Light Music Club. The “Super EXcellent highschool students in JAPAN” Every side of “SEX JAPAN”, short for “Super EXcellent highschool students in JAPAN”, did “earnest” performances with the Student Council President as the vocalist.

They performed a medley of familiar J-POP songs, along with the opening song of the popular anime “Tokyo Ghoul”, “unravel”, the opening song of the similarly popular TV anime “Attack on Titan”, “Guren no Yumire”, a mashup song of that puts 5 famous Visual-Kei songs into one , “HOT STEADY HIGH DISIRE,GO!!”, and GACKT’s “舞哈BABY!!-WooHa-” among others.

Furthermore, a one-man show by Baru Senpai, the copy band of THE BLUE HEARTS,“THE BALUE HEARTS” performed as well.

And finally, the long-awaited “X”! Beginning with the bare-torso-ed Student Council President dressed up as YOSHIKI, the members of SEX JAPAN were a “perfect copy” of X JAPAN as the students of Camui♂Gakuen crossed the two lightsticks in their hands in the form of an “X” above their heads, providing their full support.

For the encore, the members of F9 gave their all in a performance of the biggest song of this year, ”USA”. With the motto “Play earnestly, learn earnestly, tackle all things with your life at stake”, “Camui♂Gakuen de Otachina-sai” ends in great success.
