Above ¥8,000: Free delivery

■Important notes for orders made via venue sales pre-order
・Collection of orders can only be done once per person.
・This service can be used for one order that costs above ¥5,000.
・You may specify the receipt date and time.
・It will be based on a first-come-first-serve basis in each time slot. Once capacity is reached for a certain timing, you may not choose that time any more.
・Once your order has been confirmed, you cannot change your receipt date/time.
※How to collect
Please prepare the following and present them at the reception desk in the live venue at your selected reception date and time.
If you do not bring the following items, we cannot hand the items over to you. Please do not forget to bring them.
①Identification documents (Driver’s license, health insurance, student ID, etc.) ※Copies not allowed
②Last 5 digits of the order number that is issued after order confirmation
(This can be checked on the order confirmation screen, order confirmation email, and the order history in My Page)
・Venue collection desk: Next to goods sales desk (will be announced at venue)
・Receipt of goods can only be done by the actual person who made the order.
・Those using the venue collection service do not need to queue in the goods sales line. Please head directly to the venue collection desk during your timeslot.

■ Mail orders will have an additional delivery fee of ¥594 (w/ tax).
■ Each order above ¥6,000 (including tax) will have the delivery fee halved, while each order above、¥8,000 will have free delivery.

■ Changes and cancellations cannot be made after you have confirmed your order. Please do check carefully when you are placing your order.
