Without getting much sleep, morning arrived.
Last night, I had a meeting with my friends until morning.
At the end of it, I was completely exhausted but
this period time was precious too.
In the morning, I went to the cafe and had tea.
I had to ride the bullet train soon but

Maybe it’s because I’m with Baru a lot recently but

Recently I get the feeling that he’s become more capable of speaking well but
yet, there are many times when I feel his awkwardness in conversation.

I think that you can get away with this by saying that you’re 【introverted】
until you’re in your mid twenties, at most.
I, this GACKT, who says this, was also an introverted person.
I, myself, really didn’t make many male friends when I was in my twenties too.
I didn’t think that it was necessary at all,
and I also thought that it was enough to just have a small group of close friends.
Of course,
that’s not to say that this way of thinking is completely wrong.
However,
with this way of thinking, you can say that it’s infinitely impossible
if you intend to start some work of your own, or create or organise something.
In the end,
work is something that involves people.
When you start establishing communication with people,
you will be able to manage your work, make it bigger, and solve problems.
Just doing your work will not produce anything,
in other words, if it’s an 【order style】 consisting of one person,
I suppose it’ll be fine if you don’t really establish communication but
like this, there’s no way to increase productivity.
To start your own work
and then make that grow bigger,
communication is essential.

It’s better to think of words like these are
as words that can only be said by kids.
Becoming an adult
is linked to bearing a lot of responsibility but
establishing communication with a large unspecified number of people is also
another important requirement to becoming an adult.
Being unable to communicate with others is linked to
abandoning certain responsibilities in 【society】.
I, too, only realised that after my twenties ended so
it was pretty difficult to establish communication with others.
Nowadays,
despite that I’ve become able to speak to a lot of people,
I’m sure that I’m still not adept at it.

To 【become an adult】,

If it can become enjoyable to you, I suppose you can say that that’s being a cool adult.

to 【start something】 is the most difficult, and the most time consuming thing.

your own growth is already quite delayed.

if you get over the first hump, there will definitely be a moment of relaxation.

what is the word 【can】 based on?
Perceptions may differ.
【Those who can】 are
the people who are able to always get over the hump.
I think that this is the toughest part of everything but
if you don’t give up until you get over the hump, you’ll definitely get through it.
【Those who can’t】 are
the people who are unable to get over this hump no matter what they do.

they give up before getting over the hump,
or throw it aside,
