GACKT Official Blog update. Translation below:
I was woken up by a bright light.
Because I forgot to close the curtains,
I ended up waking up pretty early.
Looks like Angie, who was next to me, is still asleep.
After doing my training, I took a shower.
I’m feeling like this today.
It’s the Armani jacket that I bought yesterday.
Mm, shoulders are a little tight…
We decided to go to the bank that we were supposed to go to yesterday though.
To avoid the crowd,
we decided to go to an empty affiliate bank in the outskirts.
The road there was so deserted that
I got worried about whether it’ll be alright but
the VIP room in the bank was unexpectedly good so I felt relieved.
This time I spoke to the lady in charge for awhile.
Her accent was so strong that initially
I often found it difficult to grasp what she was saying but
after awhile, my ears got used to it.
The errand itself progressed rather smoothly but
halfway through, I started to notice the wrinkles in her neck.
I suppose it’s because she’s staring at the PC everyday
or working with her head down all the time…
Even though she looks like she’s still pretty young,
only her neck looks like it belongs to someone much older.
Recently
I heard that such problems have been increasing around the world.
Indeed,
I’m also concerned with the wrinkles on my own neck but
I heard that among the modern generation, they may be young but only their necks look aged.
In Korea,
it has become a serious problem where
there has been an abnormal increase in young people with hernias in their necks
because they have been using their mobile phones too much.
This is a problem
that doesn’t only exist in Korea, but happens globally too
and in other words, I suppose it can be said that it’s one of the typical modern diseases.
We have to be careful.
Even when walking on the streets, everyone is looking down at their phones
as if they’re looking at the ground while they walk.
Maybe that is why
the city looks dark.
After finishing the errands in the bank, I headed home but
I got stuck in a traffic jam that started from some unknown reason.
There was an unusually large queue of busses, I wonder where these busses are going…
I lost more than I expected but
I managed to get home safely and completed my recording.
Halfway through the work we decided to end it though,
I suppose it’ll be fine if we take our time and continue the work tomorrow too..
Anyway, I’ll take my time.
Halfway through work, I took a break.
I spotted a GACKT on LINE News
and I clicked it to have a look, and this appeared.
『What’s this??』
I thought,
that something fit for gossip magazines was written about me again but
when I read the contents…
AHHー!!!
I completely forgot that the stuff I wrote on the Blomaga is coming out soon!
That said, I had a photo shoot for this book too.
Appparently it seems like it’ll be released in July.
Alright,
I frequently write about silly things like this too but
I also write about pretty serious stuff like
politics, the economy, country trends, way of thinking, way of life, and others.
If you’ll try reading it, it’s a good book.
Furthermore, this book has even reached over 1,200 pages.
It’s become an exceptionally thick book.
To the point that pictures are being put on the back cover.
Look forward to it.
At night,
I had dinner with my senior.
It’s a sushi bar called 【Kame Sushi】,
that gets it’s sushi ingredients flown into KL 3 times a week.
『I don’t eat rice so
I’m very sorry but I can’t go to a sushi bar…』
I said, and
they said they’ll serve a course that doesn’t use rice,
and got things set up.
Actually, in the middle of the course, the Ootoro (fatty tuna) that was served was of such great quality that I was shocked.
I think that it’ll be even more delicious if it was eaten as sushi.
Both TAKUMI and Baru too were extremely moved
to be able to eat such Ootoro at such a price in KL.
In the end, we stay there till 11:30 but
I was really able to spend a cozy and wonderful time.
Kame Sushi, thank you.
Right, about time I get back to work.
