ItalianoGACKT’s trained body surprises the girls 「in bed」
The musician GACKT (43) attended at the PR event for the muscle supplement 「Metal Muscle HMB」
GACKT, who drinks the product and trains his body, appeared accompanied by 3 “disciples” who are working together with him on muscle training.
「We have done our workout without anything（no equipment has been used）for the last 3 months. We can keep a muscled body only by self-weight training」and he showed his usual training methods.
His training consist in 240 push-ups and abs in a day, he said that he weighs 68.9 kg and his body fat percentage is about 7%.
「（To train the body）It’s the same of brushing your teeth everyday. You will see the effects if you do it.」
When he was asked what’s the good thing about training the body GACKT replied 「it’s that girls say 『Wow』 when you undress. In bed」
Currently he is training himself with about 70 fellows 「We could open something somewhere afterwards」, it seems that the opening of GACKT’s dojo is considered.
