From today onward, TAKUMI joins the training.
The 3 of us trained in the room.
And it’s the 4th day of fasting.
My pants have become rather lose
probably because of my body turning leaner.
Of course, I don’t feel hungry at all.
My skin, which have turned rather dry in Japan,
has returned to a state that feels quite good.
It just so happened that
my skin condition turned quite bad
around the day that I was to go onto the red carpet for King Kong.
Oh well,
it didn’t really show on my face but
other parts were rather rough.
For some reason, it seems like it tends to happen to my arms
and during the tour in 2016 too,
it got so bad that I couldn’t expose my arms in the later half of it.
In addition, my KL partner, Ikeda, who is also fasting with us,
has become rather slender.
You can see that his jacket is quite loose.

It’s funny how he’s turning younger.
When we first met I thought that he was much older too.
The tension in the morning with band members TAKUMI and Baru was weird,
maybe because of more things being added to the training regime.
Maybe I’ll upload this scene, that hasn’t happened in a long while, on to Instagram.
This time, I’m being quite careful|
to prevent the loss of muscle mass but
even so, when fasting,
muscle mass will easily be lost at least once.
It seems like I was able to deal with that well this time,
and my arms and shoulders got built up pretty nicely.
I suppose it can be said that
the home training that I came up with is pretty effective.
G abs also worked out pretty well
and the lines on my abs have turned out beautifully.
We ended our training before noon
then changed our clothes and headed to the tournament.
Today, I wanted to try a variety of methods and
I tried out as many variations as I could.
I obtained quite a lot but
I was a little hasty even though there wasn’t much I could use.
The wonderful thing is,
TAKUMI got through Day 1B’s qualifying round in 2nd place
and my partner Ikeda went through in 4th place.
I suppose these results show that
Team GACKT has
come up to a pretty good level.
Come to think of it,
my new LINE stickers have been launched recently though…
Honestly
a storm of complaints came from my friends who said
『Is there a manager like that!?』.
Well,
the good thing is, everyone sent their complaints
together with the stickers so
I’m thankful that they’re using the real thing.
Even for me, since the time that I did the shoot for it,
I thought 『This is impossible…』
but well,
