I departed from New Caledonia without incident.
When I looked down, the vast green and blue contrast was beautiful.
Then, I immediately fell asleep.

I thought 「Maybe I’ll watch a movie…」
and fiddled with the controller.
Most of the movies it had were movies that I’ve already watched.
Recent movies are really boring.
There are only a handful of decent movies in these few years.
While selecting,
I discovered a movie that kind of piqued my interest.
Let’s go with this.
I kind of know the cast too
The movie starts.
It begins with a plot I don’t really understand.
In any case, the progression is slow…

I think it’ll definitely get exciting from here on…』
The patient me patiently endured it.
It’ll definitely feel good… I believed.

The tone of the movie is rather dark.
I expected a reminiscence like that of X-men’s to start.
Suddenly, the main protagonist starts to use powers.

Just as I expected, I got the feeling that something was starting to happen.

and I got super excited expecting it to show me an amazing story.

I screamed in my heart but
the gentlemanly me slowly turned off the power to the monitor.
A rarely seen exasperated sigh escapes.
Who the heck selected this movie?
Seriously, no interesting movie has been released recently.

When I opened the window
I started to see Singapore
and in the blink of an eye, I arrived in KL.
Normally, the time spent flying in an aeroplane
is meaningful study time for me.
I can mostly say
that I will be reading English reference books.
Sleeping will be a waste of time.
Probably the destiny of being poor.
I admit it’s pretty greedy
to still want to increase my knowledge even if just by a little more.
I speak several languages but
I’ve actually never really learnt it.
I just read books like this
and use it over and over and eventually become capable of speaking it.
Learning a language is not as difficult as everyone thinks.
Just like flexibility, just keep repeating it
and don’t give up.
Upon arriving at the airport I headed straight
to the restaurant that my friend helped to produce,
THE ROOF.
Today I met new colleagues,
conversation bloomed,
and once again, I got the feeling that we’ll be able to do something interesting.
My friend’s daughter joined us for dinner too.
This kid is another cute one.
『Hey, G! What time will you get here?』
was the call that I suddenly got.
The pronunciation too was completely unaccented American English.
She studies at an local international school too
and starts talking about all sorts of things without fear.
The other day, when this father and daughter pair went for Karaoke,
the video of my song started playing
and at that point of time, she called me too
sounding really excited.
I climbed onto the rooftop of THE ROOF
and looked down at the night scene from the helipad bar.
Honestly, this rooftop is not cool.
The lameness of it is so bad that
I would sigh and think, what a waste…
If I was given this location to produce
it’ll become pretty great… I would think,
and imagine all sorts of things but,
I suppose KL is calm after all,
and in the end, somehow, a calm me will stand there.
Tomorrow I’ll be moving to another country again.
Even while wondering if I can sleep tonight,
I continued spending time with my friends.

and in the end, we ended at past 4 in the morning.
