GACKT covers Hamasaki Ayumi’s song 「Overwhelmed by Gaku-chin’s singing voice and presence」

It was announced that on January 1, 2017, GACKT’s new MV of a cover of Hamasaki Ayumi’s 『SEASONS』 will be released on 「YouTube Nestle Japan Official Channel」.

This is in celebration of the 「NesCafe Dolce Gusto」 surpassing 2 million units in cumulative sales in Japan.

Ahead of the release of the MV, a comment video from GACKT himself, and the making-of video for the MV were released on the 「YouTube Nestle Japan Official Channel」 on December 200, 2016.

The song he s covering this time is Hamasaki Ayumi’s song, 『SEASONS』, which, following its release in the year 2000, immediately hit number 1 on the Oricon Single Chart for 2 consecutive weeks, and became a million seller with sales exceeding 1.3 million copies. Arranged with a hard rock melody unique to GACKT, experience a new 『SEASONS』 that’s a little different from the original song.
