We began sending membership certificates to those members who have completed the procedure for new member application or reissuance of the membership certificates between March 15th, 2016 and April 30th, 2016.

Inquiries concerning the membership certificate that has not yet arrived: accepted between June 20th, 2016 through June 30th 2016.
