LAST VISUALIVE Kumamoto Performance Cancelled

With regards to the 『GACKT WORLD TOUR 2016 LAST VISUALIVE Saigo no Tsuki -LAST MOON- supported by Nestlé』 performance in Kumamoto
supposedly held on June 15 (Wed),
during the 「2016 Kumamoto earthquake」, the concert venue, Kumamoto Civic Centre (Civic Auditorium Sojo University Hall),
has sustained significant damage, like damage to the ceiling, and the floor of the seating areas having sunk, among other damages.
Due to this the venue will be closed, and because reconstruction work may take up to a year to complete,
the event has to be cancelled out of circumstance.

Those who which to transfer will not need to go through the ticket refund procedures. While still keeping the ticket for the Kumamoto performance at hand,

It should be noted that because seating will be limited at each venue, we seek your understanding that there is a possibility that we may be unable to fulfil all requests.
Also, customers who purchased premium seats may not be able to transfer for a seat in the same category.
For those who transferred to a normal seat, we will perform refunds on the day of the performance that you have transferred to.

Also, for those originally with normal seats transferring to normal seats, please understand that you may not get the same seats at the transferred performance as the seats stated.

If settlement was made via Family Mart/7-11:
From May 2 (Mon) 10:00 to Jun 30 (Thu) 23:59,
you may get refunds from the store where you purchased your ticket. (Please bring your ticket.)
※If you are unable to go to the store where you purchased your ticket, please follow the procedure instructions for [In the case of delivered receipt].

In the case of over-the-counter purchase at Family Mart/ 7-11:
Have the ticket issued by June 15 (Thu), then bring the ticket back to the same shop 2 days later.

In the case of delivered receipt:
Mailing will be accepted no later than June 30 (Wed)
