The fact that they were found in the morning means that they were floating on the pitch black ocean.

I also once drifted at sea for seven hours when I was 26 years old and in Okinawa during a training camp.

When I think back to that time, it still sends shivers down my spine.

Luckily, after seven hours, I happened to reach the shore, but I almost gave up many times in the ocean.

If I had been unlucky and the waves had gone the wrong way, I probably would have died.

Since then, I never went out on a boat where I couldn't see the shore.
I also lost all desire to have a cruise ship.

The ocean is scary because you can't measure time, you don't know the direction, and there is no information.

It's not just the ocean. Whether it's a lake, pond, or river, wherever there is water, one wrong step can lead to a fatal accident.

Every year, I see news about people who have died at sea or in lakes, but I can't imagine that those people were letting their guard down.

That's how much risk there is around water.
Don't take it lightly. If you think you'll be fine, something terrible will happen.

I want to tell my 26-year-old self.

The other day, a bass fishing buddy of mine came to Malaysia and stayed with me. He continued the training and meal plan I taught him when he came back to Japan and ate one meal a day for a month. He sent me the results.

As you can see from the photo, our bodies are formed only by what we eat.

In other words, illnesses are caused by what we eat.

There are too many people who can't understand this simple logic.

Many people release stress through food, but in fact, many people end up carrying much more stress in their bodies as a result.

If your body and health improves, your mind will definitely become more positive and your spirit will become more stable.

Conversely, if you don't exercise or eat properly, your mind will be unstable, and you will feel anxious and bored every day.

Daily exercise and daily diet.
Everyone is neglecting these things too much.

If you keep doing it, you will definitely get results.
Those who get results will gain confidence, and if you continue, it will become a habit.

Even small improvements in diet and exercise habits will widen the gap between those who improve and those who don't.

Even a small improvement is fine, so let's stop saying it's impossible or we can't do it before we even try.

I heard a lot about Tarumisake's resemblance to GACKT, so I watched the music video.

Am I the only one who thinks he looks more like a muscular Oikawa Michie than GACKT?

Anyway, I was surprised by the new song's silly title and how the song's development was unexpected and how good it was.

And what's more, his voice is sweet.

I couldn't help but smile when I realized that Tarumisake had a voice like that.

The occasional sidelong glance is reminiscent of Shinjuku Ni-chome, which is extremely cute.

Back when they were just an air band and were mocked at live house shows, who would have imagined they'd come this far?

I would like to give a heartfelt applause to Kinbaku for embodying and delivering the wonderfulness of chasing your dreams, making them come true, and continuing to run.
