The stage play which is wholly produced by GACKT [Moon Saga -Secret of Yoshitsune- Chapter 2] had it's heroine revealed today.
On the 29th, a full dress press conference was held in Tokyo. Main actors GACKT, Kawasaki Mayo, Yumi Hiroto and heroines Kuroda Arisa and Hatsune present, along with the other cast members. During this event, 2 heroines were introduced.
◆2 beautiful women were picked by GACKT after rounds of the knock-out auditions
Regardless of age, gender, and nationality, a heroine was to be selected through auditions, but both Hatsune and Kuroda caught the heart of GACKT, and were selected to be a double cast. Said Kuroda, "After going into the final auditions in May, I'm really happy to be able to welcome this day. Although I don't know what was the basis for his selection, but having been picked makes me very happy." When asked for a reason behind choosing two people to act as Hiyori, GACKT explained, "I was focused on looking at how well they can express themselves using body language if they were given non-speaking roles and their level of expressiveness along with how much potential I see in them." Although Hiyori has become a character with two actresses, it was not the original intent and GACKT gave a harsh comment saying, "If you were useless, my opinion is that I might as well keep you out of it. I'm brutal that way." Beginning two heroines, everyone was inspired by GACKT when he said, "I hope that everyone will continue this challenge to the end. I think it's good even if you're tense while doing it. Because the final result is not determined yet."
The work is a continuation of [Moon Saga -Secret of Yoshitsune], a historical fantasy which was created by GACKT. Japan's largest projection mapping stage will be used. Starting from 8 August, the play will be staged in various locations beginning with Meijiza Tokyo.

For the part of the female heroin in the new 「MOON SAGA-Yoshitsune hiden- chapter 2」created by GACKT, two girls have been chosen among more than 100 candidates Hatsume(21), former Chu-Z singer and a model at the moment, Arisa Kuroda(26), a TV personality.

Kuroda acted in the tv show「Syu-ichi」and right now she's a regular guest at the「kouko-kouza」tv show.
GACKT said "I saw a lot of potential in them" in the beginning they were just looking for one actress but in the end they picked two, on this subject GACKT commented "Well, since we are not so sure about their skills, we picked two just in case. The one that will not work as we hope between the two, will be gunned down" joking, hopefully.
This is the sequel for「MOON SAGA- Yoshitsune hiden」(2012) . This time GACKT, other than being the main actor, will also curate the script and the music to create new stories that were not in the previous play. Hiyori (陽和) part played by Hatsune will be the key to the whole story. The play takes place in the late Heian period, Minamotono Yoshitsune (GACKT) finds himself in the famous Japanese battle between two noble families: Genji family and Heike family,「Danno ura」
The play starts on August the 8th in Tokyo at the Meiji za theatre.

Time Spiral Poster Photo-shoot Part 1

The other day, there was a poster photo-shoot for the premium drama "Time Spiral" in a certain studio in Tokyo. Let me tell you about the photo-shoot!
A pure white studio set-up was used as the background.
The cameraman and the art director had an in-depth discussion on the setting of the photo-shoot.

Somehow it is rather cool - like a movie poster.
Once GACKT entered, the shooting began!
GACKT plays the character, Shuya, a physics professor, who appeared in front of the heroine Aizawa Natsuki, played by Kuroki Meisa. However in truth, he is a lonely time traveller going back and forth, between the past and the future.
Please look at this beautiful appearance.
In a white shirt matched with a quality scarf, the costume has a subdued tone that is the very image of a calm physics professor.
But there are signs that this time traveller is full of mysteries that are not completely hidden.
This dual (character) is one of the highlights of the drama.
Just by looking at this shot, it's guaranteed that the poster would be filled with the full mysterious charms of Shuya.
