1967 movie Yokubou - Blowup, by Michelangelo Antonioni is the story of a young photographer set in London but, at that time I was already running as a freelance photographer in Tokyo and saw a lot interesting english photographer. Hamano Yasuhiro, currently working on Karanukan movie, asked advices about studio shooting and the proper movements of a photographer since the protagonist of the movie has somewhat the image of a young and mischevious Kanou Tenmei. The leading role will be played by GACKT. I'm looking forward to see his unique personality develop.
By the way, the theme song of the movie is sung by the talented singer Marlene.
Kato Tokiko's song in Japanese.. I heard Marlene sing in japanese and is really overwhelming, and most of average japanese singer cannot compete with it. If you have the chance it would be good if you could give it a try, listen to it!!

Things were cranked up early in the morning, or you could say it was late at night.
The key she passed me is shaking.
Issou Maki-san, who acts as Oyama Hikaru, the main character's lover in Tokyo gave us a wonderful and deep performance. She took on the role in a short time, cranked up.
She really performed the complex feelings, unsettled heart, and the end of an adult's love outstandingly.
Thank you. We've hit many walls in the selection of GACKT's last partner, and I'm sincerely grateful that I was able to meet her.

I fell asleep!
Without saying OK or "cut!" to the last shot, while dreaming of myself fighting a bonefish under a rainbow,
it appears that I could fall asleep, snoring loudly, next to GACKT, without noticing at all.
After spending a long time thinking, consulting GACKT, location hunting, and I checked and decided everything with my own eyes and feet. Now is the time when we finish all filming.
I was reminded of Andy Warhol's film which consisted of nothing but a man sleeping.

Movie Karanukan's filming has ended, when I look up in the night sky, I see the blue midnight sky, white clouds.
The Aoyama landmark that I produced, AO, is lit up by Christmas versio LED.

Movie Karanukan Director's Diary
The shoot for the Tokyo scenes have finally begun.
With the office set up in Aoyama, the president of an advertising agency specialising in the leading brands overseas,
Kimura Yuichi-san (big bro Kim) came to Tokyo's Yoshimoto for a fitting session. He performed surrounded by Italian furniture, with a Milan dandy businessman-styled suit and jacket. It fits well! Look forward to it.
As I was born in Kyoto, having a conversation in Kyoto dialect was enjoyable. Actually, it would seem that we will be appearing on "Heisei Nihon no Yofuke" on TV.
