The other day, a bass fishing buddy of mine came to Malaysia and stayed with me. He continued the training and meal plan I taught him when he came back to Japan and ate one meal a day for a month. He sent me the results.

Even small improvements in diet and exercise habits will widen the gap between those who improve and those who don’t.

Even a small improvement is fine, so let’s stop saying it’s impossible or we can’t do it before we even try.
