[When purchasing a ticket]
. When you purchase tickets, you will be asked to register the names, addresses, and contact information of all visitors. If you are purchasing multiple tickets, you will need to provide the same information for your companion.
. Please note that there is a possibility that the purchaser’s information will be passed on to the local government or public health center in the event that an infected person is found in the venue at a later date.
. Please note that if it is found at a later date that a person has been infected in the venue, the information of the purchaser may be reported to the local government or public health center.

[Confirmation of your visit]
If any of the following items do not apply to you, you will not be allowed to attend the event. Please check on the day of the performance.
. You must not have tested positive for the new coronavirus, and you must not have been ordered by your doctor to stay at home.
. You must not have had close contact with a person who has tested positive for the new coronavirus within 14 days prior to the date of the performance.
. You have not traveled to a country or region that requires entry restrictions or an observation period after entry by the government within 14 days prior to the date of the performance, and you have not had close contact with a resident of that country or region.
. No family members or close acquaintances are suspected of being infected.
. On the day of the performance, take your temperature at home before going out, and it should be less than 37.5 degrees Celsius. (Your temperature will be checked with a non-contact thermometer at the entrance.)
. There should be no symptoms such as cough, lethargy, runny nose, diarrhea, vomiting, or inability to taste or smell.
