Between each ab workout, this time, stretch both legs out in front of you
And while swaying left and right
Lift both your chest and face, then push your stomach towads the ground
This hard part behind your back, what they call the Love Handle
It’ll disappear
Even if you work your abs, even if you work your back muscles, there are many who can’t get rid of this love handle
But because the range of movement for this area is small, it’s not moving, you can’t use it, so you can’t burn anything here
To stretch this area, you bend forward
