In between each ab workout, you must do the forward bend stretch
Firstly, stretch one leg out, stretch your thigh muscle firmly
With your head raised, your chin raised, press your navel to your thigh
The left of your lower back
Imagine that you’re stretching this portion while doing this
Do the same for the other side
With the image that you’re stretching the right side of your lower back
