With regards to Amuro’s retirement announcement, he revealed his thoughts, saying 「Honestly, I think it’s a waste but I guess it’s a finale fitting of her, and it makes me think that it comes in this form as well」.

On this occasion, GACKT took the stage with a striking appearance, wearing knit over his muscled chest and bodyline. He spoke casually, saying 「Just recently, my chest grew bigger. And it’s been weirdly emphasised」, and gave an update on his recent activity, saying 「But recently, I haven’t done any weight training at all, and I thought of wanting to show that this is possible even by just training using your own body weight」.

GACKT, who professes that 「Your own body is fashion」, said that continuing training is 「not much different from brushing your teeth」, and encouraged people who wanted to start training, saying 「If you think that you can’t do it, then you’ll be unable to do it. If you can make it a daily routine, then without needing to think about it, you’ll normally wake up in the morning to do it. After that, it’s a question of whether you can continue it or not. If you do what you decided to do bit by bit everyday, I think that you’ll be able to do it without needing to think too hard about it so, please do your best」.

Also, GACKT presently has houses in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and in a few other countries as well. His recounting of his first time taking the subway in over 20 years when visiting his friend in England in his personal blog the other day became a talking point too. GACKT said 「That was rough」 with a wry smile on his face, and he recalled 「I didn’t know how to buy tickets too so it’s of course, but I suppose you’d say that naturally having difficulty was frustrating」. 「But I think it was a good opportunity」he said, looking back at it as a fresh experience.
