―Event Report― 『Fight League™』, the tag battle entertainment for the world, that GACKT and TakaToshi are greatly excited for, finally launches!!

Summary:
The launch declaration of「Fight League™」, the new smartphone application by Mixi, Inc.’s (Headquarters: Shibuya, Tokyo / CEO: Morita Hiroki) XFLAG™ Studio, was held on June 22 (Thu), Belle Salle Akihabara B1F Hall (Tokyo, Chiyoda-ku, Sotokanda 3-12-8, Sumitomo Realty & Development,Akihabara Building). In the first part,GACKT-san and Taka & Toshi-san appeared as guests, while the second part, HIKAKIN-san appeared as a guest, engaging in exciting battles on「Fight League」. Opening
For the opening,「Fight League」commissioner Kusui Daichi gave the launch declaration. In the opening speech, a powerful video performance was given by teamLab, which became an opening that raises expectations sfor the spectacular tag battles that will unfold later. After the opening speech, the world renowned pair of brothers who perform the Tsugaru-jamisen, the Yoshida Brothers, performed the main theme for 「Fight League」,「BE THE BEST TOGETHER」, in the middle of a fantastical space created by projection mapping on the walls and the floor, bringing excitement to the audience.

For the introduction of the concept of「Fight League」, XFLAG Studio’s general manager Kimura Kouki came on stage, and together with「Fight League」commissioner Kusui Daichi, they spoke about the concept of「Fight League」and described it’s future prospects. Commissioner Kusui commented「I want it to grow into it’s goal of creating leagues between students of the same years, in school clubs, and in all communities big and small」, making it something that we can be excited in looking forward to in future.

In「Fight League」, there are 5 Brands that each have their own special characteristics. At the event, the supporters of each Brand appeared, wearing clothes inspired by the worldview of each of the Brands, together with the introduction video.

This time’s main event is the demo play of「Fight League」, where GACKT-san teams up with a selected applicant of one of the pre-registration campaigns, where he recruits a partner, from over 4,000 people, to battle against the tag team of Taka & Toshi-san. In the white-hot battle between TakaToshi, who have been working together as a duo for many years, and the GACKT team, GACKT-san’s one strategic blow clinched an impressive victory for GACKT-san’s team. After the battle ended, Taka-san commented「I didn’t expect that we would lose like this so it’s quite a shame. This game, which can be easily understood even if it’s your first time, is fun」. GACKT-san, who teamed up with a member of the general public, commented「It was worth staying up and practicing it」, and the selected winner, Hiromisu-san, looked elated, saying「It’s an honour for me to be teamed with GACKT-san and to have been able to support him」.

Also, in the second part, hugely popular YouTuber HIKAKIN-san and his partner from the general public, who was selected through his partner recruitment campaign, teamed up together to engage in a heated battle against the Famitsu App Editorial Representatives Tiger Sakurai and Tarzan Babazono.
After the press conference ended, the media representatives had the chance to experience「Fight League」and many people were able to experience the enjoyability of the game.

The number of pre-registered people for「Fight League」surpassed 150,000.
All missions for「GanGan Entry Campaign」, where players receive in-game Fight Money based on the registration numbers, were completed, and 300 Fight Money will be distributed.
