These few days,
because I don’t have enough time,
I had no freedom to write my blog at all.
Well,
it’s something that I do on a whim but
it’s become like my personal diary
where I can understand what kind of life I lived
and what I felt in the past and made my moves
when I read what I written a few years later.
I’ll write it everyday.
These few days
I’ve been doing recordings and rehearsals.
If I can finish that, then comes dance rehearsals,
and then I go home and practice on the instruments, that’s the routine that has been going on.
I practice from 5 in the morning until 6,
I get the feeling that I’m only getting 2 hours of sleep.
Well,
if you ask me whether it’s tough,
I suppose my body is probably tired but,
maybe it’s because I’m fasting,
so surprisingly, my body is moving comfortably.
When I stepped on the weighing machine, I found that I lost 4kg in 4 days.
I’ve finally hit 67 kg.
My body fat percentage is around 7% but
I can feel that clearly, losing weight using this method,
its not the fats but the body’s muscles that’s decreasing suddenly.
I am able to freely control the shape of my body.
In these 10 years, I’ve changed my body shape to fit a variety of roles but
the toughest one isn’t dropping sizes
but instead it’s growing bigger.
I suppose majority of the women around the world
use the word diet and worry about that but
if you ask me, controlling your body weight and so on
is all about daily management.
To drop sizes, as long as you know the method, in around 10 days to 2 weeks,
you can even lose around 10kg but
it takes about thrice as long to build up 10kg of muscle
and it’ll take around 2 months or so to gain sizes.
It takes more time than you’d expect.
Well,
next, it’s a new theme.
This TANITA weighing machine is pretty old.
I’ve bought a few new ones but
I can’t really bear to throw things I like away.
It would be nice if I could find a good body fat scale.
Well then,
the news has been released so,
I’ll be participating in the cover album for Dorikamu (Dreams Come True).
It’s running at the same time
as the recording schedule for other things but
I promise that it’ll be an exceptionally splendid piece of work.
Of course,
my fans will definitely be interested in this but
I believe those who really love Dorikamu
will be interested as well.
There’s the question of whether I can say this much but anyway,
while preserving the nice musical style of the original song,
I tried to make it in such a way that it’s as if pictures or a movie
