I arrived in Vegas, got to my room, and while I was unpacking my luggage,
I was suddenly attacked by an intense wave of sleepiness
and before I knew it, I fell asleep just like that.
When I woke up, I headed out
intending to go shopping until it was time to meet TAKUMI to eat.
I left MGM Hotel and moved around in a car for about 5 minutes
when I discovered Dolce ＆ Gabbana.
I wondered if there was anything nice there… and entered the shop,
and found that their new collection has arrived earlier than expected!
Their new products were already on display.
The inside of the shop was quite big
and as I took my time walking around inside,
a voice called out to me,
『You’re GACKT-san right!!』.
It was a male Japanese staff who had an endearing air about him.
『Ah, thank you〜』
I said, and bowed a little, then spoke to him for awhile.
It seems that he has recently switched over to D&G.
『Before this, Ayu0san came to visit too!』
Such a conversation went on for awhile.
After the conversation ended, arrangements were well made
and he gathered and brought a variety of jackets in my size to me
so the selection of clothes was settled quite quickly.
Next, I went into Armani and looked around the shop but
I couldn’t find anything good here, and just like that, my shopping concluded.
It was time to eat, so I began to head back to MGM.
When I got to the lobby
I came face to face with the current president and CEO of WPT, Adam,
who is also the organiser of this time’s charity event.
He’s much younger than I expected.
I then quickly headed to Aria Hotel.
I reached there, went upstairs, and arrived in a lively establishment.
『The food here is quite good,
so I think that you’ll rather like this!!』
he said, and we started to eat at the restaurant that Adam put effort into recommending.
For a little less than 3 hours, I mostly spoke to Adam there.
There were many other people in attendance too but
maybe because our ages are about the same,
we got really into talking and in the blink of an eye
dinner was over.
At the next day’s charity event,
the full amount of the prize money will be donated to the Tiger Woods Foundation so
top poker players and celebs who love poker
from around the world will be gathered here.
I wonder just what kind of party
tomorrow will be.
I’m really looking forward to it.
Even so, the jet lag is horrible…
Though I’m normally already lagged so I’m not really bothered with it.
But for some reason, this time, I feel rather dizzy.
With this jet lag
I suppose my stay in Vegas will pass in a flash.
