Sasaki Nozomi Bashful From GACKT’s Repeated 「Cute」
GACKT-san, who had started his recording that morning, delivered a perfect performance. The director too commented 「As expected, top-class!」, praising his ability.
On the other hand, Sasaki-san, who is recording and experiencing dubbing for the first time during this public dubbing, had a tense expression…… While going through a conversation between the two of them, she kept making mistakes and getting her lines wrong.
In such a situation, GACKT-san dispelled Sasaki-san’s downcast mood by saying to her 「Cute~!」, and turned Sasaki-san’s face into a smile.
Sasaki conveyed her honest opinion saying 「GACKT-san is bright and sparkly but, he was so kind to me that it moves me!」 and GACKT-san further livened up the venue with a mischievous remark 「I’m nice to cute people. Because I’m a gentleman」.
GACKT 「You’ll feel like you’ve been deceived, do watch it!」
When asked about their feelings about the movie, GACKT-san said 「Quite honestly, it’s 20 times more interesting than 『Jurassic Park』! You’ll feel like you’ve been deceived, so do watch it!」, appearing to be confident of the delivery of the movie.
Sasaki-san too, spoke of it’s appeal from a woman’s perspective, 「It’s a movie with amazing action but, there’s also a side of human drama included. It’’ll be a movie that women too will enjoy」.
At the end, GACKT-san said 「If you’re from my generation, you’ll definitely enjoy it! There are also lots of tributes to Ghibli and Japanese special effects included, and I ended up getting quite the passionate explanation from the manager during the preview (laughs). Like that, a variety of tricks have been carefully included, and efforts have been made so that the audience won’t get tired of it. But more than anything, the shocker is in the very end of the end of the end credits!」, emphasizing on paying attention until the end of the movie> The public dubbing then concluded.
The Japanese dubbed version of 『Kong: Skull Island』 will include professional wrestler Makabe Togi as a voice actor as well. The movie will be released nationwide on March 25 (Sat).
