Notice on Fan Club Service Renewal & Management Company Change

We thank you for your continued use of the GACKT Official Fan Club「G&LOVERS」.
This time, from 15 March 2016 (Tue), the company managing the GACKT Official Fan Club 「G&LOVERS」will be changed from G-PRO to SKIYAKI, who will be carrying out the renewal of services. With this change, the method of application for membership and some membership services will be undergoing changes. All the personal information of existing members will be transferred to SKIYAKI to manage. With regards to the members’ personal information after the transfer, as it will be managed in accordance with the privacy policy of SKIYAKI, we seek your kind understanding for the changes.
In accordance with the management change, from 15 March 2016, there will also be changes to the details of the fan club services in the terms and conditions.

【With regards to new services after renewal】
More details on the site renewal for「G&LOVERS」can be found on the site.
With the renewal, applications to join「G&LOVERS」will stop between 1st to 15th March, and site maintenance will be held from 11th to 15th March.
【With Regards to Shipping】
■With regards to deliver of membership card
New members and renewing members who apply before 29 February 2016 (Mon) will have their cards delivered by G-PRO after March 2016.
New and renewing applicants who apply after 15 March 2016 (Tue) will have their cards delivered by SKIYAKI after April 2016.
■With Regards to Delivery of 2016 Membership Renewal Gifts
The delivery of 2016 Membership Renewal Gifts will be delivered once a year (in July) regardless of the month when you renew your membership.
Members who processed their renewals between 1 December 2015 and 29 February 2016, the 2015 Membership Renewal Gift (ticket holder) will be delivered and enclosed with the fanclub newsletter in April 2016, it will be delivered by G-PRO.
Members who renew after 1 March 2016 will have their gifts delivered by SKIYAKI in July 2016.
＜With Regards to Non-Delivery of Fanclub Newsletters＞
When delivery for the next newsletter (to be delivered in April) has begun, it will be announced on the fan club site. In the situation where the newsletter is not delivered, please make sure that you enquire within the allotted period as inquiries have to be sent to the new managing company. Please take note that enquiries made outside of the allotted period will not be entertained.

*Balloting will be used if response is high・also, depening on details, could be on first-come-first-served basis.
After 15 March 2016 we will still be offering the usual services without changes.
