*please contact us about the non-receipt of membership cards only during the stated period.
If you enquire about the non-receipt after the stated period, please note that there will be a re-delivery fee of 700yen.
*If you need to change the name printed on your card,
please follow the procedures listed under “Membership Reissuing Procedures” within the enclosed [information] documents.
